Holly has been involved in the beauty industry for over 30 years, and her passion just continues to grow. In addition to being a Master Elite Stylist, Holly is the co-owner of Sparrow House as well as K. Charles & Co., a group of Aveda Salons in San Antonio. Holly’s philosophy is that “every day is a Hollyday”

Monica is the Director of Education, Master Stylist, and Certified Neill Texture Educator at K. Charles and Salon Syzygy, salons located in San Antonio. Monica is a native of Mississippi, but she considers herself a citizen of the world because of her experiences overseas with her Air Force family. Monica finished her cosmetology program at the Aveda Institute of San Antonio in 2014. While attending, she earned the Pro Beauty Association’s Beacon award. This experience inspired her to join the design team at K. Charles & Co., where she partnered in numerous photo shoots and Walk for Water fashion shows. She has also worked with Jon Reyman at New York Fashion Week. She has a passion for textured hair and creating racial equity in the beauty industry. Partnering with Neill as an educator has been a great driving force to completing that mission of equity.
